The Breath and the Black Body



Breathing when it comes to sex, is really not that sexy for most people, but breathing is the most key importance of any experience dealing with the inner workings of the body.

Breathing techniques are utilized in all forms of yoga, meditation, Taoist and Tantric practices, and health activities like exercise to better control blood pressure, psycho physiological states, and expand chakra function.

The different types of breathing patterns are important to know base on your awareness in the body, and what you want your body to do.

If jogging long distance, find a steady breathing pattern. Find yourself exited or angry (extreme opposite emotions) consciously breath deep. If desires are low want to get worked up, fast panting breathing exercise (solo exercise before love making) kick start organ function, and drive more blood, and oxygen to the organs.

Most of all breathing is a way to release the deepest energetic blockages in yourself and your partner’s body that impact psychic, karmic and spiritual levels for growth, and rejuvenation.
